This statement covers the interest form on this website. Ropeline is developed by Eyescool Productions in the Netherlands, which is responsible for the data described here.

What we store

The answers you give in the form: your name, email address, company, country, the activities you run, the number of guides, how you take bookings now, what you pay for it and what costs you time. We also store the date, which campaign link brought you here, and a shortened version of your IP address to stop spam.

Why

To contact you about the pilot programme, a demo or updates, depending on what you chose, and to decide which features to build first. We do not sell or share your answers.

How long

Until the end of the pilot programme, and at most 24 months. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time.

Where

On our own server in the EU. Notification emails go to our own mailbox.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@eyescoolproductions.nl. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
